Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited and
would lead to expulsion from the trek.

Leader’s decision will be final and binding on
all the participants. No arguments will be entertained.

Please note that we do not arrange picnics.
Hence if someone seeks luxury or comfort then we can hardly help them. It also
follows that, each participant has to carry food and other stuff equally other
than own luggage.

Tasks allotted by the leader should be performed
diligently by all the participants.
5.
Each participant must follow the pre-set
timetable for the trek.
6.
Leader has all the rights to make necessary
changes in the trek schedule as per situation.
7.
Nisarg Trust keeps all rights to change / cancel
event if any unforeseen situation arises.
8.
Each participant will be responsible for his/her
own safety and belongings.
9.
Each participant shall protect the flora and
fauna and also try not to deface any monuments by any means.
10.
Before leaving the campsite, it should be
cleared and cleaned. Leave only footprints behind.
11.
Mountains are very delicate. Do not take them
for granted. Weird but true!
